Reliance Industries proposes to raise Rs 2500 crore

Through private placement of NCDs

Reliance Industries announced that the Company proposed to make an offer for issue of Non Convertible Debentures (NCDs- Series C)(3rd Tranche) on private placement basis on 04 September 2017 aggregating Rs 2500 crore, to be listed on stock exchanges.

The net proceeds of the issue will be utilised for refinancing of existing borrowings and for any other purpose in the ordinary course of business.
