Ruchi Infrastructure announces resignation of director

With effect from 06 July 2015

Ruchi Infrastructure announced that the Company has received resignation of K.P. Mandhana, an independent director, from the Board of Directors of the Company on 06 July 2015. The Board of Directors of the Company shall take note of the same in due course in accordance with the provisions of Section 168 of the Companies Act, 2013.
