Satra Properties (India) will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 30 April 2016 To consider & approve appointment of Mr. Sanket V. Joshi as Chief financial officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company w.e.f. May 01, 2016 in place of Mr. Bhavesh V. Sanghavi, Chief financial officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company who has tendered his resignation w.e.f. closing of business hours of April 30, 2016.
