Shailja Commercial Trade Frenzy announced that the board has approved the proposal to dispose of the investments made in the following subsidiary companies; as a result the mentioned companies cease to be the subsidiaries of the Company.

- Debdaru Dealmark, Deecshikha Vanijya, Hora Commotrade and Kshmaya General Traders.
