Shelter Infra Projects announces change in directorate

With effect from 10 April 2018

Shelter Infra Projects announced that Arunansu Goswami (DIN-08103443) has been appointed as Independent Director of the Company for a term of 5 years w.e.f 10 April 2018. Kajal Chatterjee (DIN: 05259861), Sankalan Datta (DIN: 02478232) and Kamal Kishore Chowdhury (DIN: 06742937), Independent Directors of the Company, will now be treated as Normal Directors of the Company liable to retire by rotation in terms of Section 152 of the Companies Act, 2013 w.e.f 10 April 2018.
