With effect from 01 March 2015
Shriram Asset Management Company announced that:1. Akhilesh Kumar Singh has been reappointed as Managing Director of the Company for a period of 3 years commencing 14 February 2015 subject to the approval of the shareholders.
2. Prabhakar Karandikar has been appointed as an Independent Director of the Company for a period of 5 years commencing 01 March 2015, subject to the approval of the shareholders.
3. Dhruv Mehta has been appointed as an Independent Director of the Company for a period of 5 years commencing 01 March 2015, subject to the approval of the shareholders.
