Siddarth Businesses will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 28 August 2014, to approve the alteration of object clause of Memorandum of Association, and to get the approval of shareholders authorizing the Board to sell, lease, mortgage or otherwise dispose of whole or substantially the whole undertaking of the Company.
