Sintex Industries opens FCCB issue

Sintex Industries announced that the FCCB committee of Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 19 May 2016 approved the issue of FCCBs aggregating sum not exceeding USD 200 million (Rs 1338 crore), approved preliminary offering circular, decided the opening of the FCCB issue on 19 May 2016.
