Ace Men Engg Works announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 19 May 2016, inter alia, considered and approved :

1.The proposal of shifting of registered office of the company from one state to another state.

2. Delisting of the securities of the company from the Calcutta Stock Exchange.
