Sir Shadi Lal Enterprises announced that P K Goyal has resigned from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance officer of the Company effective from dated 01 November 2014.

Further Akhilesh Kumar Singh, has been appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance officer of the Company w.e.f. dated 01 November 2014.
