Speciality Restaurants enters into JV with Associated Hospitality & Developers LLC

To set up restaurants in U.S.

Speciality Restaurants announced that a joint venture agreement has been entered into on 10 January 2020 between Speciality Hospitality US, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) of Speciality Restaurants (the "Company") and Associated Hospitality & Developers LLC. The parties have agreed to setup, own and operate restaurants in United States of America under Foodland Ventures LLC.
