SRS announces change in directorate

With effect from 10 October 2014

SRS announced that:

The Company has appointed Naresh Kumar Goyal as Whole-Time Director of the Company w.e.f. 10 October 2014.

The Company has appointed Divya Gupta as an Independent Director of the Company w.e.f. 10 October 2014.

Reconstitution of Audit Committee

The Company has reconstituted Audit Committee in the Board meeting held on 10 October 2014 comprising of following Directors -
Shiv Mohan Gupta (Chairman)
Jogindar Lai Chhabra (Member)
Divya Gupta (Member)
