Sulabh Engineers & Services announced that Guljhari Lal Sharma has resigned from the office of Director of the Company on 31 July 2014.

Further, the Company has informed that Niranjan Swaroop Goel has resigned from the office of Director and Chief Financial Officer of the Company on 01 August 2014.
