Order put on High Court website on 21 November 2014
Sun Pharmaceutical Industries announced that the Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad, at its hearing held on 14 November 2014, has sanctioned the Scheme of Arrangement in the nature of Merger of Ranbaxy Laboratories with Sun Pharmaceutical Industries pursuant to its oral order uploaded on the web site of Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat on 21 November 2014.Further the Company has informed that the said Scheme of Arrangement will be effective on receipt of the order / approval from Hon'ble High Court of Punjab and Haryana Competition Commission of India, Foreign Investment Promotion Board and other approvals as may be required and on filing of a copy of the order of Hon'ble High Courts with the respective Registrars of Companies.
