Board of Valson Industries approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 14 November 2014

Valson Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 November 2014, has approved the changes in the Board of Directors:

1. Accepted the resignation of Lalit Mutreja as Director as well as Whole Time Director (Promoter Director).

2. Appointed Varun Mutreja as Director, Whole Time Director & CFO of the Company (Promoter Director).
