Super Domestic Machines announces executives change

W.e.f. 18 December 2014

Mahendra Soni has resigned from the post of Company Secretary of Super Domestic Machines with effect from 18 December 2014. Resultant of which he ceases to be the compliance officer of the Company.

Pragnesh Yagnik, Executive Director of the Company is Compliance officer of the Company.
