Supreme Petrochem advanced 1.62% to Rs 366.50 at 10:43 IST on BSE after net profit rose 28.12% to Rs 36.68 crore on 12.69% growth in net sales to Rs 703.70 crore in Q2 September 2017 over Q2 September 2016.
The result was announced after market hours yesterday, 26 October 2017.Meanwhile, the S&P BSE Sensex was up 77.76 points or 0.23% at 32,224.89. The S&P BSE Mid-Cap index was up 85.10 points or 0.52% at 14,802.55.
On the BSE, 11,000 shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 22,015 shares in the past one quarter. The stock had hit a high of Rs 374.65 and a low of Rs 363 so far during the day. The stock had hit a record high of Rs 447.20 on 27 April 2017. The stock had hit a 52-week low of Rs 180.10 on 9 November 2016.
The mid-cap company has equity capital of Rs 96.50 crore. Face value per share is Rs 10.
