Tata Coffee announced the following -1. The Board has appointed K. Venkataramanan, currently the Chief Financial Officer of Tata Global Beverages, the Company's Holding Company as Executive Director- Finance with effect from 25 October 2014 consequent to the retirement of M. Deepak Kumar, the present CFO and Executive Director-Finance. K. Venkataramanan will be the Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
2. The Board has appointed Sunalini Menon as Director of the Company with effect from 23 September 2014 in the place of D. R. Kaarthikeyan, who will be retiring from the Board with effect from 01 October 2014.
3. Venu Srinivasan has resigned from the Board of Directors with effect from 01 September 2014.
