Tata Sponge Iron plans to temporarily shut down kiln

With effect from 11 May 2015

Tata Sponge Iron announced that the Company proposes to take shut-down of one of the kilns having an annual rated capacity of 1,20,000 tonnes of sponge iron production for a period of about seventy days tentatively with effect from 11 May 2015 for replacement of the kiln/cooler shell.
