Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) announces resignation of director

With effect from 25 September 2014

Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) announced that Amal Ganguli, who retired by rotation at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company held on 25 September 2014 and did not seek re-appointment, has ceased to be a director of the Company effective from that date.
