Tech Mahindra announced the resolution passed by the Securities Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on 26 December 2014 for issue and allotment of a total of 62088 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each of the Company to the applicants on exercise of stock options under various schemes.
