TECIL Chemical & Hydro Power will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 22 October 2014, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Result for the quarter ended 30 September 2014, to consider resignation of R S Sarda from the position of Director of the Company, and appointment of Toby Antony as Additional Director of the Company.
