Texmaco Rail & Engineering update on rights issue

The Capital Issue committee of Texmaco Rail & Engineering at its meeting held on 13 September 2019 has approved related to the right issue of equity shares of the company of face value of Re 1 each -

Issue size - up to Rs 200 crore
Issue price - Rs 46.70 per share
Rights issue ratio - 19 equity shares for every 100 equity shares held by the eligible shareholders as on record date
Issue opening date - 30 September 2019
Issue closing date - 29 October 2019
Record date - 25 September 2019.
