Ugro Capital update on scheme of demerger
Ugro Capital announced that the BSE has approved the scheme of demerger of the Lending Business of Asia Pragati Capfin into Ugro Capital on 04 January 2019. The scheme is being filed with National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) for their approval. On receipt of the approval from NCLT the scheme would become effective.
