Update on disinvestment of Shipping Corporation of India

The Department of Investment and Public Asset Management (DIPAM), Government of India has appointed the following agencies as Transaction Advisor, Legal Advisor and Asset valuer for Strategic Disinvestment of Shipping Corporation of India:
i. M/s. RSSA Capital Advisors LLP as Transaction Advisor;
ii. M/s. Luthra & Luthra Partners as Legal Advisor; and
iii. M/s. Protocol Insurance Surveyors & Loss Assessors as Asset Valuer.
