USG Tech Solutions announces change in company secretary

With effect from 04 September 2015

USG Tech Solutions announced that Nidhi Dhawan has resigned from the position of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 15 August 2015. And to fill the vacancy Ruchi Aggarwal has been appointed as the Company Secretary of the Company w.e.f. 04 September 2015.
