Vardhman Special Steels allots 6250 equity shares

Under ESOP

Vardhman Special Steels has allotted 6,250 Equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each (including 2,500 shares on Rights basis on the ESOP shares in the ratio of 2:3) to an eligible employee of the Company who has exercised his stock options under 'Vardhman Special Steels Limited Employee Stock Option Plan, 2016'.
