Vedanta consolidated net profit declines 9.84% in the March 2022 quarter

Sales rise 41.14% to Rs 39342.00 crore

Net profit of Vedanta declined 9.84% to Rs 5799.00 crore in the quarter ended March 2022 as against Rs 6432.00 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2021. Sales rose 41.14% to Rs 39342.00 crore in the quarter ended March 2022 as against Rs 27874.00 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2021.

For the full year,net profit rose 62.06% to Rs 18802.00 crore in the year ended March 2022 as against Rs 11602.00 crore during the previous year ended March 2021. Sales rose 51.03% to Rs 131192.00 crore in the year ended March 2022 as against Rs 86863.00 crore during the previous year ended March 2021.
