Embassy Office Parks REIT standalone net profit rises 189.14% in the March 2022 quarter

Sales decline 6.66% to Rs 474.26 crore

Net profit of Embassy Office Parks REIT rose 189.14% to Rs 339.59 crore in the quarter ended March 2022 as against Rs 117.45 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2021. Sales declined 6.66% to Rs 474.26 crore in the quarter ended March 2022 as against Rs 508.08 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2021.

For the full year,net profit rose 199.42% to Rs 1339.74 crore in the year ended March 2022 as against Rs 447.44 crore during the previous year ended March 2021. Sales rose 72.45% to Rs 2105.45 crore in the year ended March 2022 as against Rs 1220.90 crore during the previous year ended March 2021.
