Veer Energy & Infrastructure will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 27 May 2016, to consider and approve Financial Results for the year ended 31 March 2016 and the Audited Balance Sheet as at 31 March 2016, Profit & Loss Account for the year ended on that date together with the reports of the Board of Directors and Auditors thereon.To fix Book Closure date for declaration of dividend.
