Virat Leasing will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 30 April 2016 Re-appointment of Mr. Rajeev Kothari as a managing director based on the consent letter subject to recommendation from Nomination and Remuneration Committee, The Company may propose to disinvest or dilute its stake in its subsidiary or its associate Company / Companies.
