Volumes jump at Shriram City Union Finance counter

Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India, V-Guard Industries, Info Edge (India) and JK Lakshmi Cement are among the other stocks to see a surge in volumes on BSE today, 19 October 2016.

Shriram City Union Finance clocked volume of 74,000 shares by 13:20 IST on BSE, a 88.6-times surge over two-week average daily volume of 1,000 shares. The stock rose 0.99% to Rs 2,282.90.

Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India notched up volume of 2.56 lakh shares, a 41.13-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 6,000 shares. The stock dropped 1.18% to Rs 448.

V-Guard Industries saw volume of 8.81 lakh shares, a 36.69-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 24,000 shares. The stock shed 0.4% to Rs 184.65.

 

Info Edge (India) clocked volume of 1.84 lakh shares, a 13.17-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 14,000 shares. The stock rose 0.03% to Rs 865.

JK Lakshmi Cement saw volume of 4.27 lakh shares, a 12.56-fold rise over two-week average daily volume of 34,000 shares. The stock fell 0.88% to Rs 485.05.
