Sundaram Finance clocked volume of 7.88 lakh shares by 12:21 IST on BSE, a 230.34-times surge over two-week average daily volume of 3,000 shares. The stock fell 1.45% to Rs 1,374.
Redington (India) notched up volume of 19.58 lakh shares, a 79.48-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 25,000 shares. The stock rose 1.26% to Rs 116.60.
Reliance Industries saw volume of 65.80 lakh shares, a 19.06-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 3.45 lakh shares. The stock rose 1.51% to Rs 1,026.85.
Ess Dee Aluminium clocked volume of 4.74 lakh shares, a 8.74-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 54,000 shares. The stock fell 16.72% to Rs 171.40, with the stock extending yesterday's slide triggered by rating agency CARE downgrading its rating on the company.
Aptech saw volume of 20.72 lakh shares, a 8.46-fold rise over two-week average daily volume of 2.45 lakh shares. The stock rose 13.62% to Rs 75.90.
