Websol Energy System allots 23.51 lakh equity shares

On conversion of FCCBs

Websol Energy System announced that the FCCB Committee of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 18 April 2018, has allotted 2351334 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Foreign Currency Convertible Bond (FCCB) holders.

With the said allotment of 2351334 Equity shares of Rs. 10/- each of the Company as aforesaid, the paid up Equity Share Capital of the Company as on 18 April, 2018 stands increased from Rs. 26,67,57,330/- to Rs. 29,02,70,670/- divided into 29,02,7067 Equity shares of Rs. 10/each.
