Wipro's US based step-down subsidiary raises USD 750 million

Wipro announced that US-based Wipro IT Services LLC, a wholly owned step-down subsidiary of the company has raised USD 750 million by the issue and allotment of 1.50 per cent notes (Notes) to qualified institutional buyers.

The company has undertaken guarantee obligations in relation to the Notes. The corporate guarantee will be treated as a contingent liability for the company.
