Under ESOP
Zee Learn announced that the ESOP Allotment Sub-Committee of the Company at its meeting held on 04 February 2016 has approved allotment of total 62,294 equity shares consisting of 50,750 Equity Shares of Re.1/- at an exercise price of Rs. 14.50 per Equity Share, 7,544 Equity Shares of Re.1/- at an exercise price of Rs. 20.85 per Equity Share and 4,000 Equity Shares of Re.1/- at an exercise price of Rs. 26.05 per Equity Share, under the ZLL - ESOP, 2010 Scheme - AMENDED 2015.Consequent to the above allotment, the paid up share capital of the Company has increased from 320,475,926 equity shares of Re. 1/- each aggregating Rs. 320,475,926/- to 320,538,220 equity shares of Re. 1/- each aggregating Rs. 320,538,220/-.
