10 killed in Bangladesh bus accident

At least 10 people were killed and 16 injured Tuesday when a speeding passenger bus flipped over after hitting roadside trees in Bangladesh, an official said.

The accident occurred around 7.00 a.m. in Bangladesh's Jessore district, some 164 km away from capital Dhaka, Xinhua reported.

Most likely the driver lost control on the slippery road due to heavy rain, the official said.
