16 persons from six households murdered in China
Sixteen persons, among them three children, were found murdered in their homes on Thursday in China's Yunnan province, the police said.
An initial investigation showed they were murdered, a police officer said, Xinhua news agency reported.
The 16 victims, including males and females, were from six households in Yema village, near Daibu township.
Further investigation was underway.
