21 die in Kashmir road accident

At least 21 people were killed on Monday when a passenger bus rolled into a deep gorge in Jammu and Kashmir, police said.

Six others were critically injured in the accident at Marothi in Udhampur district and were flown to Jammu for specialized treatment.

"All the critically injured passengers have been airlifted to Jammu," a senior police officer told IANS.

The bus apparently went out of the driver's control and plunged into the gorge.
