3 soldiers killed in Pakistan suicide blast

At least three army officers were killed and seven others injured in a suicide blast inside an army unit in Pakistan's northwest Swat district on Saturday, officials said.

The Inter-Services Public Relations, Pakistan Army's media wing, said in a statement that the attack happened in a sports area of the unit in Kabal town of Swat, a district located in the country's northwest Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.

The attack happened when the soldiers were playing volleyball.
