Young composer Anirudh Ravichander, who has mostly worked in Tamil films, will be making his Telugu language debut with a yet-untitled upcoming project of filmmaker Trivikram.
"Our new project with Trivikram will feature Nithiin and Samantha Ruth Prabhu in lead roles. Anirudh has been roped in to compose music, while Nataraj Subramaniam will man the camera," read a statement from the makers.
The film, which will go on the floors in the third week of September, will be produced by Haarika & Hassine creations banner.
The project marks the third time collaboration of Trivikram and Samantha in a row.
Anirudh was supposed to make his Telugu film debut with last year's film "Govindudu Andarivadele", but he walked out at the last minute due to prior commitments.
In Tamil, Anirudh has projects such as "Thala 56", "Naanum Rowdydhaan" and "VIP 2" in his kitty.
