BJP headed for defeat: Sibal

Congress leader and Law Minister Kapil Sibal Wednesday rubbished the BJP's claims that it was poised to win the coming Lok Sabha election.

As the Election Commission announced the April-May polling dates, Sibal said history was going to repeat itself.

"BJP's India Shinning claim in 2004 was a flop. Similarly, the 2009 pre-poll surveys betrayed the BJP," he said. "History will repeat itself."
