Even as the BJP won the trust vote in the Goa assembly on Thursday, Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi said it was using money to "steal governments" in some states.
Gandhi made the comments after attending the swearing-in ceremony here of Punjab Chief Minister Amarinder Singh.
He said the Bharatiya Janata Party used money to form governments both in Goa and Manipur.
