Singer Cher has been appointed the latest face of Marc Jacobs. She stars in the luxury label's autumn-winter 2015 campaign.
The "Believe" hitmaker was unveiled as the star of the luxury label's autumn/winter 2015 campaign on the designer's photo-sharing website Instagram account earlier on Thursday.
The photograph was captioned: "The amazing and beautiful CHER! Photographed by David Sims for our Fall/Winter campaign. This is just the beginning.... More to come!!"
It isn't the first time the New York-born designer has chosen a mature model for his campaigns.
The former creative director of Louis Vuitton also selected 71-year-old actress Catherine Deneuve to front his final campaign for the Parisian label in 2013.
Other stars to have featured as the face of Marc Jacobs include singer Miley Cyrus and Spice Girl turned fashion designer Victoria Beckham.
