'Dhruva' trailer clocks a million views in just 4.5 hours

The theatrical trailer of Ram Charan-starrer Telugu actioner "Dhruvaa has reportedly registered a new industry record, the makers said. It has clocked over a million views in less than five hours since its release.

In a statement, the makers said the trailer clocked over one million views in just 4.5 hours and has set a new industry record.

The action-packed trailer gives us a glimpse of extremely fit Ram Charan, who went on a veggie diet and worked out rigorously to play his part in the film.

An official remake of Tamil film "Thani Oruvan", this film is directed by Surender Reddy and co-stars Rakul Preet Singh.

 

It also stars Arvind Swami in the role of a suave and conniving antagonist.

Produced by Geetha Arts, the film is gearing up for December 9 release.
