A 45-year-man stabbed his estranged wife to death outside her home here, police said Thursday.
Scrap picker Mohammad Jamal stabbed his wife, Salma, 42, six times when she was standing outside her east Delhi's Seemapuri home Thursday afternoon. He then fled the spot.
Salma was taken to a hospital where she was declared dead.
Police said Jamal was angry with his wife's interference in his business despite being separated for past six months.
Salma is survived by seven children.
