Fire breaks out at Kolkata's electronics laboratory

A fire broke out at the premises of Electronics Regional Test Laboratory (EAST) here on Wednesday, but no casualty or injury was reported, an official said.

"At least 11 fire tenders have been engaged. The fire will be controlled soon," said a fire department official.

Located in Salt Lake city, the satellite township of Kolkata, the building was evacuated after the fire broke out in the morning.
