Five killed in Yemen blast

At least five people were killed and 11 others injured in a bomb explosion in Yemen's Aden city on Thursday, an official said.

The improvised explosive device (IED) blast occurred inside the local government compound in Aden's neighbourhood of Mu'alla, a security official told Xinhua.

There were no officials or government workers inside the targetted building when the explosion occurred,
