Gold up after Fed minutes release

Gold futures on the COMEX division of the New York Mercantile Exchange rose as traders digested the minutes from the Federal Open Market Committee meeting.
The most active gold contract for June delivery on Thursday rose $13.7, or 1.12 percent, to settle at $1,237.50 per ounce.
