A hot and sunny Thursday is in store for Delhiites, the Met office said. The maximum temperature is expected to hover around 36 degrees Celsius.
"The skies will remain clear and the day would be hot," said an official of the India Meteorological Department.
Thursday morning was clear and the minimum temperature settled at 26.1 degrees Celsius, a notch above the season's average.
Wednesday was sunny and sultry as the maximum temperature settled three notches above average at 36.6 degrees Celsius while the minimum was 25.5 degrees Celsius, average for this time of the season.
